在欧洲乡间的秘密研究室里, 一位顶尖的科学家正对着两只巨蟒进行实验测试. 当资助者(约翰莱斯戴维斯饰) 企图干预实验时, 饥饿的蟒蛇逃出了研究室. 汉密特(戴维赫索霍夫饰) 受雇追捕牠们, 其任务是必须在蟒蛇窜逃到城市且在灾难扩大以前, 实时捉拿这多产又极度致命的生物……。川口名人和亚伦．亚当斯为了测试对战系统新安装的自动操纵模式，来到矢岛企业的研究开发室。自动操纵模式是使用历代高达作品中登场驾驶员的模拟人格AI，让不懂操作技巧的人也能轻易进行高达模型对战，是一种划时代模式。名人使用惊异渣古的后继机弹道渣古，亚伦则使用再生高达的特装机逆生高达。两人各自选择了AI，即将展开一场梦幻般的高达模型对战。。The Lego Star Wars animated sequel is a continuation of the story that began in 2024 with Rebuild the Galaxy.
