剧情简介

河田仁是一位上门诊治患有晚期疾病患者的家庭医师。这一次的委托来自智美，她的父亲井上敏夫患有肝癌晚期。比起住院，智美更想为父亲提供一个没有压力与痛苦的临终护理环境。可最终敏夫还是痛苦地死去了。智美觉得是自己将父亲带出医院害死了他。河田也深深感到自责与无助，他拜访了经验丰富的在宅医师长野浩平。长野指出，比起病人的肺癌，河田应该更加注重给病人带来痛苦的肺气肿症状。河田开始跟随长野学习，感受到了医院医疗与在宅医疗间决定性的的差异。比起诊断与诊治，在宅医师更应该注重病人生命的尊严，以及陪伴。两年后，面对又一位肺癌晚期患者，这次河田会做的怎么样呢？。In a peripheral and unprecedented Milan, a place frequented by the queer community is in danger of closing due to economic problems.
