剧情简介

为了应对东京日益严重的犯罪，政府选出100名善良的民众担当市民警察，他们可以对任何罪犯就地正法。该政策推行以来，虽然犯罪受到一定程度的遏制，但是市民警察本身也受到民众的指摘，各种反抗行动接连出现，甚至有市民警察在行动中遇害。人过中年的芳一彦治郎（酒井敏也 饰）是编号为69的市民警察，身为快递员的芳一事业无成，老婆女儿也对他视而不见。作为市民警察的芳一也不过是含混度日，只求太平。直到他的压力逼近极限，才发现持枪执法是多么刺激爽快的事情。与此同时，芳一结识了清纯的便利店女孩小桃（早見あかり 饰）。为了博得女孩的欢心，他想方设法取得更多的钱…… 本片根据柳沢きみお的原著漫画改编。。A reclusive scientist builds a robot that looks exactly like him to go on a long-term space mission. Since the scientist seems to lack all emotions, he is unable to program them into his automaton, and an eccentric woman is hired to "educate" the robot on human behavior. In the end, she falls in love... but is the robot or the Dr. Mr. Right?。
